Heart waves

Dear friends,

everything that flows through our body, especially through our heart, is of great importance. Words have power. So do our thoughts, feelings, emotions – ultimately, WE have the power! The circle begins and closes with our consciousness.

 I am not indifferent to how the structures with, for example, sound and form arise and reveal themselves. The way of the process and the development are also decisive for me.

Sometimes it is precisely the areas of the heart where we feel the strongest dark memories that help us in the process of our inner development and enlightenment. We can always be aware of our creative power, with which we move our lives in the direction in which we want to live in the future. It shows the result of our own inner processes.
